Pucker Pig was a creation in the mind of Robb Grinnen. A novice bee keeper that became obsessed by the creatures and the process of taking care of them. The byproduct of happy healthy bees is honey! Organic from the fields of western Pennsylvania. Plans were big, including entering the clothing industry. Pucker Pig was set to be a brand and develop as such. Childhood friend Adam Hunter was excited to create the artwork for the project. The sky is the limit and the pigs were excited to fly.
Where did the idea for the name come from? Funny you should ask. Robb and Adam have been calling each other pigs for as long as we can remember. Desensitizing each other for the world ahead knowing that anyone could call us anything and we could just smile and go on with our day untouched. I’ve been called a lot but, transforming a negative into a positive has honestly made life easier. We enjoy being pigs, proud of it actually. Oh, and the Pucker part is from the lip-smacking pucker you will get from enjoying some of the great products we have to offer.
